Scott E. Dalinka is President/CEO and Founder of Flatiron Building Company. He has extensive experience in project control, scheduling, contract administration, project management, and cost analysis.
Mr. Dalinka earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado and an MA in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. His involvement in construction totals 20 years and his project experience includes commercial renovations, pharmaceutical facilities, educational facilities, retail renovations, hospitals, ecclesiastic facilities, assisted living facilities, residential development and television set design and construction.
As the President of Flatiron Building Company, Scott Dalinka has managed construction projects throughout the Philadelphia area totaling in excess of $25 million. He has provided construction management for clients such as Bell Atlantic, , Royal & Sunalliance, Mercy Health Corporation, Le Bus, and SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Dalinka is personally involved with every project from contract award to job completion and maintains customer satisfaction through quality assurance.

Mr. Lombardi is the Estimator for Flatiron Building Company. He has extensive estimating experience in all aspects of commercial construction and has secured numerous types of projects from conceptual budget to hard bid.
Mr. Lombardi has earned degrees from Spring Garden College in Architecture/Construction Management and Delaware County Community College in Construction Management & Architecture and studied Construction Management at Drexel University.
His areas of expertise include hard dollar bidding/purchasing, conceptual estimating, township/labor relations, site survey, building evaluation, design-build, value engineering and architectural drafting, as well as overall business operations and project management.
He has secured projects from such clients as University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Lankenau Hospital, Bryn Mawr Hospital and Frankford Hospital.

Robert B. Hoffecker is project manager with Flatiron Building Company. Mr. Hoffecker earned his B.A. degree from University of Texas and his GBCA Certification in Construction Management from Drexel University. Over the past 17 years he has effectively managed a variety construction projects.
Project experience includes ground-up retail, government projects, power plants, industrial, educational, and medical/healthcare facilities, hospital and pharmaceutical projects, ranging in size from $100,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
He has been responsible for scheduling, cost control, project coordination, client interaction, quality assurance and project documentation. In addition, he has worked with various project control software.

Ryan Rose is project manager with Flatiron Building Company. Mr. Rose earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University and over the past 6 years has effectively managed a variety construction projects.
His project experience includes residential, educational and medical/healthcare facilities that range in size from $100,000 to $80,000,000.
Responsibilities include client interaction, scheduling, cost control, project coordination, and quality assurance. In addition, he has worked with various project control software.

Marilyn Gelzinis is the Controller for Flatiron Building Company. She has over 20 years of construction management experience specializing in financial services. Ms. Gelzinis is an expert in the Maxwell System software and her knowledge of the system has enabled Flatiron Building Company’s Project Management Department to continuously improve our job costing analysis.

Mr. Drissel is a Field Superintendent with Flatiron Building Company. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in healthcare, institutional and retail facilities.
Mr. Drissel has been a member of the Carpenter's Union for 25 years. He is well versed in various types of construction and has been involved with projects including Northeastern Hospital, Doylestown Hospital, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Parkview Hospital, Temple University Sports Medicine Building, the Buck Hotel, and the Sheraton Hotel of Philadelphia. In addition, he has supervisory experience with clients such as J. Crew, Victoria Secret, Lane Bryant, The Limited, Staples and Acme Supermarkets. Mr. Drissel is responsible for contract and CSHA compliance, supervision and coordination of field staff and subcontractors. His familiarity with the construction industry allows him to effectively monitor time and budget concerns while providing clients with quality assurance |
