3535 Market Street Student Wellness Center, Philadelphia

Interior fit out of the Mezzanine floor and partial renovation of the first floor at 3535 Market Street. Our project was driven by the University of Pennsylvania’s mission to bolster their student health services. The team delivered on consolidating and upgrading the University’s Wellness Center.

Construction consisted of building out a shell space to create a mix of traditional and flexible conference spaces, counseling rooms and multi-use areas.

To achieve this, Flatiron Building Company constructed movable glass partitions and finishes with superior acoustical performance. Staff and students are now able to move walls and change the function of the spaces in minutes to support their need.
