Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s largest dialysis service provider. Flatiron performed a fast-track interior fit-out of a new shell building to get the tenant operational in less than 90 days.

Carpentry, architectural casework, interior finishes, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems were components of the project. Dialysis-specific chase wall requirements were accommodated for each of 24 different stations, with special surgical supply, drain, and utility lines in each area. A detailed project execution plan, advance coordination with the building owner, and significant communication kept the process on schedule.
