The Wharton School’s Jon M. Huntsman Hall was built in 2002.
Flatiron has completed numerous projects for the school, including a fast-track renovation completed in only five weeks.

The project involved demolition, new acoustical ceilings, new flooring and wall finishes, full-height glass and aluminum wall partitions, new lighting, upgraded plumbing, improvements to the HVAC system, and a customized, sliding white board. Flatiron executed the work on an accelerated schedule to minimize disruption to the department’s ongoing operations. Every element of the renovation was carefully orchestrated to ensure the project was completed on time.
