The Inn at Penn project consisted of refreshing the main stair case, installing a custom designed, hand-built Information/Check-In desk.
LED back lit custom Onyx stone panels were installed as a focal point in the newly renovated space. Replacing 10,000 square feet of ceramic tile and custom made carpet also modernized the hotel lobby and common space. Renovations were phased and completed while the hotel was occupied and operational.
The construction of the bridal consultation suite with custom millwork and new lighting adjacent to the ground floor lobby was designed to accent the elegant meeting space.
