The contemporary office fit out was the entire sixth floor of an occupied and operational office building.

Flatiron Building Company self-preformed all of the drywall, carpentry, and ceilings as well as installed the Wilson Partitions glazing system used throughout the project. Sliding glass barn doors were installed in small conference rooms to reduce noise and create a unique appearance.

The main lobby feature wall was carefully assembled on-site. The Investedge fit-out included two large pantry kitchens, two ADA bathrooms, perimeter offices and open work areas. The interior renovation was completed within a tight schedule and all deadlines were met or exceeded.
