Haverford College’s confidence in awarding the Flatiron Building Company a fast-paced renovation of an existing laboratory is exemplary of our relationship.

Completed over winter break, the renovation involved reconfiguring interior walls, laboratory casework, overhead service carriers, and ceiling-mounted laser tracks. The due diligence the Flatiron team performed prior to mobilization paid off with a successful renovation in less than 15 days.

The work was performed in the Marian E. Koshland Integrated Natural Sciences Center (KINSC), home to the departments of astronomy, biology, chemistry, computer science, math, and physics.
