Flatiron is proud to be the builder for this Starbucks Cafe, our second location for the Seattle-based chain. This cafe is located near the 6th and Arch Street corner of the Naional Consititution Center in Philadelphia, PA.

This cafe is carved from existing cafeteria space. We constructed two new entrances into the building curtainwall, along with all new mechanical and electrical systems dedicated to serve the cafe. Flatiron Building Company was also contracted to install Starbucks intricate selections of finishes, fixtures and equipment. The transformation was extensive.

Built on time and on budget, the result is an on-brand cafe that provides visitors the unmistakable Starbucks experience within the National Constitution Center.
