Flatiron Building Company constructed a new entrance, lobby, and the Good Karma café and bar at the Wilma Theater. The new box office was integrated into the lobby.

The new coffee shop interior includes custom millwork, a wood beam ceiling, lighting, commercial food service capabilities. Additional larger windows fronting on the Avenue of the Arts were installed, new interior finishes as well as mechanical upgrades.
